Fasih Haider began his career in the logistics and shipping industry with A.P. Moller - Maersk as a Management Trainee from 1994 to 1995. He also worked at Damco as a Management Trainee and at APM Terminals as a Mise Trainee in Los Angeles for ten months. His early roles laid the foundation for his extensive career in operations management.
