He worked at RAD Urban as a Senior Project Manager - Construction from 2016 to 2017 and as General Manager - Manufacturing and New Product Launch Director from 2017 to 2019. His earlier experience includes a tenure at ConXtech, Inc., where he served as Senior Project Manager/Business Development from 2013 to 2016, and as Project Manager from 2008 to 2013. Boff began his career at ConXtech as a Project Engineer from 2006 to 2008.
