Currently, Shaun serves as the Europe EHS Lead at DPR Construction, a position he has held since 2018. He is based in the Amsterdam Area, Netherlands. In this role, he oversees Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives across DPR Construction's European operations. His leadership focuses on projects in the Advanced Technology and Life Sciences sectors, covering the Benelux, Dach, and Nordic regions. He also supports all Do Work Corporate Service Leads as part of the European Business Unit Leadership Team and is a member of the global Enterprise Leadership Team, where he manages EHS for all international operations.

Shaun has a diverse educational background in Environmental Management and Health and Safety. He achieved a NEBOSH Diploma in Environmental Management in 2012. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Management & Technology, completed in 2003. Additionally, he earned a Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice from Compass Qualifications Limited between 2015 and 2016. His qualifications include a NEBOSH International Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety obtained in 2007, and a SAIW Welding / Fabrication Inspection Level 1 from the South African Institute of Welding in 2000.

Shaun has extensive experience in health and safety management, with a career spanning several decades. He worked as a Senior Health & Safety Manager at BOUYGUES UK from 2008 to 2018, where he managed safety protocols in London, Greater London. Prior to that, he served as QHSE / HR Director at SA Five Engineering (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town, South Africa, from 1992 to 2008. His foundational education includes studies at Milnerton Primary School and Milnerton High School, followed by various specialized training programs in health and safety and management.

He has successfully completed various diplomas and certifications, including the NOSA SAMTRAC Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Management in 1993.
