She also served as the Director of the Texas Stars Foundation from 2010 to 2012 and as a Volunteer & Youth Services Coordinator at the American Red Cross from 2005 to 2010. Her extensive experience spans over 15 years in community development finance and nonprofit leadership.

Amber Kani holds a Master's degree in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Government/History with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
