About Connor Toney
I have been a student of the Arts since my freshman year at Georgia Southern University in 2009. Since then, I have been pursuing further education in the realm of writing off and on, culminating in my graduation in the Fall of 2018. My years of experience lie in several courses of three different majors over these 9 years: English, Psychology, and History. Having changed majors so many times, I am well inundated in the campus lifestyle and what one comes to expect from a higher education. I have a deeper knowledge from those fonts which tend to bleed into my writing style as well as content. The years I have spent not directly attending a University were used to bring me into the fold of the working world of retail and the restaurant industry. From these years spark many experiences that lend themselves to my writing and my overall worldview - I believe I am a stronger human and thus a stronger writer to show for those years. Since graduating, I have been thrust into the business world of information technology, serving as a technician for the new wave of normal known as Smart Homes, IoT, etc. My occupations have led me to many new places around the United States and have allowed me to build and cultivate new relationships and hone my communicative and technical skills in a way I have previously yet been able to do. I'm looking forward to a future utilizing my skills and applying myself to new situations and being given the opportunity to innovate.
