Hanaa Elhakmi holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Process Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat, where she studied from 2001 to 2004. She also earned a Master of Engineering in Innovation Management from Ecole Nationale Supérieure en Génie des Systèmes et de l'Innovation (ENSGSI) between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, she completed classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles d'ingénieurs at Centre pédagogique de Tanger from 1999 to 2001. In 2012, Elhakmi furthered her education by participating in a Program on Negotiation and Leadership at Harvard University.

Prior to her current position at E2IP Technologies, Hanaa Elhakmi held various roles in the manufacturing and consulting sectors. She worked as a Production Manager at SEWS-E from 2008 to 2011. Following that, she joined Safran, where she served as the Boeing Production Operations Manager at Matis Aerospace from 2011 to 2014 and as the Plant Quality Manager at Safran Nacelles from 2014 to 2015. Elhakmi also worked as a Senior Consultant at LMI Maroc inc. from 2016 to 2019, gaining extensive experience in operations and quality management.
