I am a strategic CFO & MBA with a proven track record of financial success at business units up to ~$100MM in revenues. I kicked off my executive career as one of the first impactful female finance leaders at Autoline Industries, a leading manufacturing enterprise whose revenues raised from $2B to $8B during my tenure. I then continued as a Plant Controller for Web Industries and co-developed financial strategy to scale the company from $150 to $250M in revenues. Most recently, I served as CFO / COO for Group Delphi and empowered operational teams of more than 47+ professionals to implement programs to increase revenues, reduce costs, and expand operations. I have also worked to deliver the following career highlights: ► Global Financial Leadership: Set up highly profitable offices in South Korea and manufacturing plants in Slovenia. Led FP&A for a $98MM+ Chinese division while at Superior Essex, worked with sales offices in Paris and warehousing strategies in Barcelona while at Delphi. Delphi built the first cultural museum in Guam, and I've worked extensively in Germany, South Korea, Switzerland, and India. Conducted other projects in France, Great Britain, Czech Republic, Australia, and Spain, as well. ► Sold to large-scale enterprise customers including Proctor & Gamble, Ford, Apple, Google, Microsoft, GE Power, GM, and more. ► Led a start-up Division at Autoline Industries and sold the company for 17X the initial investment: Laid out a “5 product, 5-year strategic plan.” Grew the business line to be a top-tier division selling to major enterprise customers like Ford, GM, Daimler Chrysler and more. Ultimately achieved “GM Supplier of the Year” for quality. ► Improved shareholder value at Group Delphi 73% and strategically divested a business line at 4X EBITDA. Increased bottom line 300% on a $48M P&L. ► Co-Developed execution strategy at Web Industries to scale the company from $150MM to $250MM and played a key role to improve employee engagement, resulting in a 10% increase in satisfaction with management. Web is an $800B Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
