Amber Francis is currently working at EcoVadis as the Lead Service Designer. Amber has an extensive background in consulting. As a Digital Marketing Consultant, she was self-employed from 2017 to 2023 while being location independent. She also engaged with Sison Homes as a Digital Media Consultant from 2011 to 2012 for eight months.

Amber worked at Marriott International as an eCommerce Manager from 2013 to 2016 for three years in the Washington D.C. Metro Area. Her role focused on managing online commerce initiatives and strategies for the company.

Amber studied at Savannah College of Art and Design, where she achieved a summa cum laude in Service Design from 2020 to 2022. She also attended the Illinois Institute of Technology, completing a Design Thinking Immersive Summer Camp in 2016. Her foundational education includes studying Basic HTML and Writing for the Web at Northern Virginia Community College from 2010 to 2011, and Communications at West Coast Baptist College from 2006 to 2009, where she studied English composition and literature, information technology, religion, coaching, and counseling.

She has also created and executed rapid prototyping sessions, testing plans, and facilitated workshops with end-users to iterate and refine solutions prior to implementation.
