At EcoVadis, Weedad Koussa is responsible for onboarding new recruits through the Training Academy. She provides comprehensive training on the EcoVadis methodology to ensure new joiners understand their responsibilities. In addition, she conducts regular meetings with trainees to monitor their progress and offers additional support when needed. Before confirming trainees as Analysts, she carries out performance reviews to assess their readiness.
Education and Qualifications
Weedad Koussa holds a Master of Science (MSc) from The University of Manchester, where she studied from 2008 to 2009. She also earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from the University of Mauritius, completing her studies there from 2002 to 2006.
