He also worked as a Principal Thermal/Mechanical Engineer at WaveCrest Labs from 2003 to 2005. His diverse background includes extensive experience in thermal management and missile technology.

Kaiser Matin was awarded the Best Innovator of the Year by System Planning Corporation. He has participated as a judge in the DARPA-sponsored REVCON competition, focusing on innovative wedgelok technologies. Matin has also engaged in high-risk, high-reward thermal management projects aimed at enhancing U.S. national security and has contributed to the development of next-generation thermal management technologies at DARPA/MTO.
