About Jorge Miranda

With over 15 years of experience in game programming and team leadership, and one year of experience in game design. I have developed more than fifty games, including casual games, advergames and social games for leading entertainment companies (e.g. Cartoon Network, Disney, Pixar, Dreamworks) and has been Technical Leader of the UI development for the PC MMO “Need for Speed World” (EA). As Game Designer, I have designed and documented about 9 games for an important IP of Disney. I've been Technical Director of the Globant’s Gaming Studio for about two years. As TD, in addition to my technical duties, I where involved in recruiting tasks, presales documentation generation, pushed gaming labs projects and wrote the material of an internal course of Game Programming. On every studio I have been involved, always encourage the creation of frameworks for both technical and management tasks. In 2012, I founded Game Road Studio, where I have been producer and developer of several multiplatform (web/iOS/Android) games and consultant for educational and advergaming companies. In 2015, Game Road changed its name to Inmoove, a team specialized in social networks, gaming, VR and multiplatform apps development. Actually, I'm Technical Director of Globant's Gaming Studio.
