Arindam Bhattacherjee's professional journey began at Larsen & Toubro Limited where he served as a Product Management Executive from 1995 to 1997. Following that, he joined Fountainhead Communications as an Account Planning Manager for a year before his tenure as Head of Strategic Programmes & Channel Management at Blue Star Limited from 2002 to 2006.
