Current Position at Endava
Amela Teftedarija is currently the Head of Testing at Endava, based in Sarajevo, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic growth of technical competence within the testing discipline. She oversees the Line Management Process, Recruitment Process, and Performance Evaluation Process, ensuring high standards are maintained across the board. Additionally, she contributes to enhancing the Endava Test Methodology in collaboration with group-wide discipline leadership.
Previous Experience in Testing and Development
Before joining Endava, Amela Teftedarija worked at Comtrade Digital Services as a Scrum Master from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, she served as a Test Automation Engineer at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt through Comtrade from 2015 to 2019. Her earlier roles include Lead QA Engineer at Comtrade IT Solutions and Services from 2008 to 2015, and Software Developer at HERMES SoftLab from 2006 to 2008. This extensive experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of software development and quality assurance.
Educational Background in Telecommunications Engineering
Amela Teftedarija received her Telecommunications Engineering degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Sarajevo. She attended the institution from 2001 to 2009, gaining comprehensive knowledge in telecommunications technology. Her foundational education was completed at Druga gimnazija Sarajevo, where she studied from 1997 to 2001.
