Daniela Rocío Martin is currently serving as the Regional Head of Learning & Development for the Latin American region at Endava. She is based in Buenos Aires and oversees the strategic development, implementation, and management of learning and development initiatives within the organization.

Daniela has held multiple roles at Endava starting as a People Development Business Partner from 2016 to 2019. She then progressed to Head of People Development, Recruitment & Communications from 2019 to 2022. In her current role as Regional Head of Learning & Development @Latam, she continues to contribute to the growth and professional development of employees across the Latin American region.

Before joining Endava, Daniela worked at Velocity Partners as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2016 to 2017. She also served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Wolox from 2013 to 2016 and was a Human Resources & Diversity Analyst at Yeeeu from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, she provided consultancy services as an Independent Contractor from 2012 to 2013.
Therapeutic and Non-Profit Sector Work
Daniela's career includes significant experience in therapeutic and non-profit sectors. She worked as a Therapeutic Companion at Asociación Civil Casona de los Barriletes from 2011 to 2012 and as a Therapeutic Assistant at A.E.D.I.N. - Asociación en Defensa del Infante Neurológico for five months in 2010.
Education and Academic Background
Daniela holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, completed between 2007 and 2011. She undertook an Executive program in Strategic Human Resources Management at IAE Business School in 2016. Additionally, she earned her International Baccalaureate Diploma from Colegio Palermo Chico, where she studied from 2000 to 2005.
