About Fernando Straminsky
My passion is to transform Emotions into Real Business Impact, through Innovative Experience Design, Customer Focused Cultural Change & Implementation of Analytics and Technological cutting-edge tools. My profesional journey involved holding several leadership positions and P&L responsibilities in major global and entertainment companies like DIRECTV Latin America, Claro, Arnet, Telecom and other key players in the high-tech landscape. I developed my profesional experience for more than 25 years through a wide range of departments, such as Customer Experience (CX), Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Contact Centers and Loyalty. Due to the hard work of creating and consolidating the CX vision and its successful implementation in DIRECTV Latin America, Gartner awarded me with the "Global CX Excellence Award" (from scratch to a CX department of +300 headcount across 9 Latin America operations: Argentina, Colombia, Perú, Chile, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Venezuela y Caribe). I'm very excited to start a new life stage as CEO and Founder of "The X", Ultimate Experience Design and Go-Live. I created this consulting firm to help companies that want or are already focused on their Customers, to launch or take to the next level the 7 Disciplines of CX and the NPS Operating Model.
