About Marc Herson
I'm an investor and CEO & Team/Relationship Coach, driven to help people be successful at work and life. I currently split my time between managing a VC fund for Endeavor; investing in and supporting mental health businesses, and Coaching CEOs, Founders and VCs. I've been a certified coach since 2007, working with Harvard Business School, Red Bull and many high-growth startups, and I coach founders and leaders to build faster-moving, higher-performing teams and companies. My coaching draws on 20+ years of senior global operational, founder and VC experience at startups, VCs and corporates like 2go, Softbank, Bertelsmann, Sony, Hasso Plattner Ventures and Endeavor. I am also a qualified lawyer, mediator, and have an MBA from INSEAD.
