During her time at Experian, she successfully managed large-scale data migration projects that supported HR through organizational changes. Prior to Experian, she worked at E.ON UK in multiple HR-related roles from 2004 to 2014.

Claire Jones holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from The Open University, which she completed from 2008 to 2012.
