At Entain, Sudhanshu has played a significant role in the migration and consolidation of ServiceNow and other ITSM platforms for various brands, including Ladbrokescoral, Cozy Games, and Eurobet. He has also implemented self-service automation for over 3000 retail shops, enhancing operational efficiencies. Additionally, he has developed custom applications for business functions such as Health & Safety and Data Protection.
