Aaron Lee is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketer with over 30 years of experience in growing companies and successful brand & marketing programs and projects for some of the world's top brands. He is the founder of SIXQ, a strategic growth and marketing consultancy that helps business leaders unleash their potential and achieve their goals. At SIXQ, Aaron offers a variety of consulting services, including growth coaching as a certified Bloom Growth Coach, fractional CMO, brand and marketing planning, and organizational strategic facilitation. He leverages his expertise in strategic planning, leadership, and organizational development, branding, digital marketing, to deliver tailored solutions for his clients across various industries and associations, with a focus on franchise systems. Prior to launching SIXQ in 2023, Aaron was the founder and CEO of iluma Agency, a leader in the franchise marketing industry that provided corporate, local, and franchise recruitment marketing for franchise and multi-unit businesses. Under his leadership, iluma Agency was recognized four times on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America and was also named one of the best places to work in South Florida. Aaron successfully exited iluma Agency through a merger with Peak Seven in 2022. Aaron is also an active member and global leader of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), a worldwide network of more than 18,000 business owners in 75+ countries. He currently serves as the Regional Chair for the U.S. East Region, overseeing 22 local chapters and supporting their growth and development. Since 2011, he has served in various leadership roles within EO, such as Member Experience Director, Area Director, Chapter President, and Communications Chair, and has received the EO Global Communications Chair of the Year Award in 2013. Aaron is passionate about helping other entrepreneurs learn, grow, and connect through EO's events and programs.
