Additionally, she was the Director of HR & Affiliation at New Mission Systems International from 2001 to 2003 in Fort Myers, FL, and worked as a Senior Team Leader at Target from 2010 to 2011 in Fort Myers, FL. Cara also gained experience as an Intergovernmental Affairs Specialist at FEMA from 2011 to 2012 in Nashville, TN.
