His educational background supports his expertise in information governance and compliance, particularly in the legal and regulatory aspects of data management.

Role in Information Governance

In his current role, Jason participates in the development and maintenance of information governance controls and policies. He creates documentation to support change management and liaises with various teams, including legal, privacy, antitrust, forensics, and intellectual property, to ensure compliance with global standards and regulations. He also communicates Deprecation & Data Deletion Notices to cross-functional partners and collaborates with product teams for additional insights.

Training and Development Initiatives

Jason is involved in training Deprecation Managers on program management responsibilities and creates training materials to support their development. He maintains knowledge of information governance standards and best practices by participating in ARMA InfoCon workshops and panels. Additionally, he reports key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, ensuring transparency and accountability within the program.
