Before her current role, Pritha worked at Epiq as a Project Manager from 2021 to 2024. She also held the position of Associate Project Manager from 2019 to 2021. Experience at Deloitte USI

Pritha was actively involved with AIESEC during her time at KIIT University. Pritha completed her schooling at Our Lady Queen of the Missions School, achieving education until the 10th grade. She then attended Bhavan's Gangabux Kanoria Vidyamandir, where she studied Science and completed her +2. She earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar, from 2012 to 2016.
