Guo has applied his skills in oncology, immunology, hematology, nephrology, and endocrinology. He has a strong background in implementing innovative study designs and engaging with health authorities globally. Most recently, he joined Erasca from Xencor, where he also served as VP of Biometrics.

Early in his career, he worked at Amgen, serving as the biostatistics team leader for Neulasta/Neupogen, Sensipar, and Nplate.
