His extensive expertise includes providing statistical support for Phase 1-4 clinical trials, epidemiology studies, health economics research, and commercialization. Guo has applied his skills in oncology, immunology, hematology, nephrology, and endocrinology. He has a strong background in implementing innovative study designs and engaging with health authorities globally. Most recently, he joined Erasca from Xencor, where he also served as VP of Biometrics.

He has held several pivotal roles, including VP of Biometrics at Xencor and VP of Biostatistics and Programming at Eisai Oncology Business Unit. At Eisai, he supported the planning and conducting of trials, preparing global registrations, and launching Lenvima. Early in his career, he worked at Amgen, serving as the biostatistics team leader for Neulasta/Neupogen, Sensipar, and Nplate.
