We’ll explore solutions on your behalf, keeping you informed along the way and ensuring you get what you paid for with support as and when you need it.  As an engineer at heart, my expertise is building solutions and understanding them. Considering the exciting possibilities with technology motivates me in my role at Ericsson.  My long-standing connection with the company began as a software developer and progressed into running R&D and customer delivery projects before progressing into sales. I gained extensive operations competence and managed over 1,000,000 person-hour projects. With my strong operational background, I enjoy explaining tech and enabling customers to understand it from their perspective.  Enjoying the process rather than the results is what drives me in life. I have recently started training for triathlons, and the structure and process required for this activity drive me.  I am fascinated by the use of technology and the beneficial solutions it can bring to us as global citizens.
