About Abhishek : A Commerce Graduate and LLB from University of Mumbai. As a lawyer Abhishek practice & specialise in Civil, Corporate and Tax Law. Abhishek is presently working with Tax Litigation team of EY - Industry, Infrastructure and Consumer sector. He has past experience of working with eminent firm like AZB & Partners and PwC. In Abhishek's span of Professional work experience he has gained in-depth knowledge of case law research, drafting Civil appeals, Petitions, Writ Petitions, Petitions pertaining to Public Interest Litigation, rejoinders and caveats to be filed at various Tribunals, High Courts and Supreme Court of India. His penchant for law also drives him to write articles, research papers and other academic materials pertaining to Civil Law and tax law. He is also engaged in teaching and learning programs.
