For more than 20 years, I have consulted with Global 500 firms on various strategies to improve IT capability. As a client-serving principal of the US IT Advisory practice, I have worked with global organizations in tech, financial services, manufacturing, utilities and retail. I have more than five years of experience leading and managing UK, European and American IT Advisory practices for large-scale transformation efforts, IT infrastructure cost take-out program development and execution, IT governance and organization design for shared service organizations, IT service delivery and application integration architecture and assessment, and design and deployment of ITIL service support and delivery processes.
