I am self-motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for technology and creative thinking., I work in a technology focused role at Ernst and Young (UK&I). Currently, I am an associate in a team of Information Technology Specialists supporting over 6500 users within the financial services sector. I investigate and repair hardware and software issues relating to both Windows 10, Apple OS (Mojave) and Android/iOS mobile systems. Certified ITIL4 and further developing my skillset into cyber security. Which is proving to be an area of great interest. Client centred with exemplary communication skills and customer management and negotiation experience. My core objectives are to continually grow and develop in-order to facilitate client demands for a streamlined and efficient service. To recognise that my core values are influenced by family and community. To further influence the next generation to create a fair and sustainable world. I consider myself to have a positive mental attitude with an injection of humour.
