With over 10 years of experience in operations and people management, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to create a positive and productive work environment for my team and organization. As the Senior Operations Manager at The Newsette, I oversee the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with our vision and values. I am also responsible for developing and implementing the people strategy, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and engagement, with the help of my certification as an HR Generalist. I also function as Thew Newsettes IT lead, answering support tickets as well as managing all IT projects, including software implementation, security assessments and trainings, and account management. In my previous role as a Program Manager at Medium, I managed and executed various projects and programs related to people operations, such as diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and employee recognition. I have strong skills in social networking, office administration, and event planning, which enable me to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, organize and coordinate effective meetings and events, and communicate and collaborate effectively with different teams and levels of the organization.
