Currently, I lead a fabulous team of engineers at Etsy, the global marketplace for unique and creative goods, where we are building delightful shopping experiences for our buyers. Prior to Etsy, I was part of technical staff at early startups in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to that I managed engineering teams located in San Jose and New York that own the quality of eBay's Discovery and Personalization experiences like eBay Homepage, Browse experience, Coupons and Global Navigators on web and mobile platforms. My teams delivered 100s of new features to over 180 million buyers on eBay platforms across the globe. I worked closely with product owners, data scientists, content managers, SEO & marketing teams and other key stakeholders across multiple organizations to consistently deliver high quality releases.
