As Senior Managing Counsel at Evernorth Health Services, Adam Fuemmeler oversees a portfolio of litigation matters involving commercial and healthcare disputes. He leads and trains a team of attorneys and paralegals, manages intake and staffing of cases, and serves as a subject matter expert for litigation reporting. He has more than 13 years of experience in the legal field, with a strong track record of defending and prosecuting complex cases in various jurisdictions. Adam Fuemmeler joined Evernorth in October 2022, after working for Express Scripts, now a subsidiary of Evernorth, for 7 years. He was responsible for working with and managing outside counsel, advising internal business partners on risk management, and handling a large docket of cases ranging from breach of contract to antitrust. Before that, he was an associate at Polsinelli, where he gained exposure to products liability and class action matters. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in History from the same university. His mission is to provide effective and efficient legal solutions that protect and advance the interests of Evernorth and its clients.
