His work involved conducting meetings at various administrative levels to secure stakeholder support for safe water initiatives, as well as advocating for youth-friendly sexual and reproductive health services.

Mwesigwa holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Ndejje University. His educational background has equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary for his roles in program implementation and community health advocacy. He also conducts Comprehensive Sexuality Education sessions, emphasizing the importance of informed health choices among youth.

In his current position, Mwesigwa oversees project documentation and provides essential support to the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Alliance program.
