Prior to her current position, Frida Gustavsson worked at Exasol as a Senior Recruiter for two months in 2020 in London. She also held the role of Recruiter at Exasol from 2019 to 2020 for nine months, also in London. Before joining Exasol, she worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Franklin Fitch from 2018 to 2019, where she operated in London, Cardiff, Frankfurt, and Vienna. Her early experience includes an HR Internship at METRO AG in 2017 for two months in Düsseldorf, Germany.
