Areas of Responsibilities Organizational Development: • Drive organizational performance and culture through designing, developing and executing Organizational Effectiveness programs as well as the maintenance and delivery of existing corporate programs. • Identify and execute leadership capability assessments and development priorities. Lead creation of an integrated learning and development strategy across the region. Business Strategy / Partnering: • Act as a senior strategic talent advisor to the Leadership teams, translating business plans into talent priorities. • Proactively develop HR strategies to meet short and long-term business needs and manage strategies from conception to implementation. • Align HR practices with the strategic business units and provide support to organization’s employees. •Develop a people-oriented organization culture that emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, high performance and quality. • Partner with leadership team to implement proactive employee relations strategies, leading initiatives across sites to drive employee satisfaction, retention and a positive work environment. Talent acquisition and management: • Develop and oversee the implementation of the manpower planning strategy and recruitment strategy; aligning them to the present and future business needs. •Plan and ensure the implementation of various talent management initiatives to have a better skilled workforce and increase the human capital effectiveness in the organization. •Develop staffing strategies and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization. •Monitor and analyze the HR metrics to understand the impact of the initiatives undertaken on the human capital ROI. Compensation & Benefits: • Assess existing and proposed compensation and benefits programs and partner with the Global Total Rewards team to establish an overall Total Rewards strategy across the region • Leading the Total Rewards policies and processes, all employee communication and employee benefits. • Lead implementation of corporate talent programs including performance management, employee surveys and career development initiatives. Compliance and regulations: • Rigorously manage HR compliance in accordance with applicable employment laws, government regulations and as per the organizations policies and procedures · Establish and maintain credibility throughout the organization and ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and sensitivity in handling all aspects of private data across.
