At Sony DADC New Media Solutions, she served as the Director of Account Management from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, she worked at RCA Records as Associate Director of Digital Production from 2007 to 2009 and at Sony Music Entertainment as Manager of Digital Operations from 2004 to 2007. She led the transformation of Sony Music's business model from physical to digital distribution and advised on the DDEX standard protocol.

She also founded the Nike Black Employees in Technology network in 2020 to support and amplify the voices of underrepresented communities. Additionally, she scaled the Site Reliability Engineering model globally at Nike, increasing the engineering workforce from 60 to over 100.
