Before joining ExxonMobil, Jack Lourenco worked in several other challenging and impactful roles. From 1995 to 1996, he worked as a Logistics Movement & Control Expeditor for the United Nations Verification Mission III in Lobito & Humbo, Angola. From 1996 to 1997, he was an Administrator at the Norwegian People’s Aid NGO in Lobito, Angola, and from 1997 to 1999, he served as a Landmine Surveyor at the same organization in Luanda, Angola. Additionally, he worked as a Safety Instructor at ESSA International Safety Training Center in Luanda from 1999 to 2001.
Education and Qualifications
Jack Lourenco pursued his education at Washington International University, where he studied Safety Engineering. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the institution between 2010 and 2012. This educational background supports his extensive career in safety, logistics, and facilities management, providing a solid foundation for his various roles.
Geographical Experience
Throughout his career, Jack Lourenco has worked in numerous locations across Africa. His assignments have taken him to Luanda and Lobito in Angola and Maputo in Mozambique.
