From 2010 to 2012, he worked as a 4th Engineer at Holland America Line on the m/v Zaandam and m/v Maasdam. He also served as part of the technical service at Woonzorgorganisatie Zorgwaard in Hoekse Waard from 2009 to 2010. Tim's early career includes internships with Althena Shipping on the m/v Normed Gemlik in 2009 and with Maersk Line on the m/v Sealand Champion and m/v Maersk Miami between 2007 and 2008.
Achievements and Responsibilities
Tim Van Bodegom completed the TechXpert program at ExxonMobil in 2015, where he received advanced training and secured VAPRO-B and VAPRO-C diplomas. As a Pump Champion within his team, Tim supports the rotating department by troubleshooting and diagnosing pump and seal failures. He is also responsible for training and guiding new operators in the effective use and maintenance of pumps at the ExxonMobil site.
