He also served as an Operations Manager at NVI, LLC (Nondestructive Visual Inspection) from 2006 to 2007 and gained comprehensive experience as an NDE Technician at Capitol Ultrasonics LLC. from 1998 to 2005.

Troy Huynh studied at TH Harris Technical College and achieved a qualification in Nondestructive Examination. He holds multiple advanced certifications, including ASNT Level III UT and API 653. Additionally, he possesses a wide range of API certifications, such as API 571, API 577, API 580, API 510, and API 570.

Possessing significant expertise in the IPA/NEO Acid Area at ExxonMobil, Troy Huynh is proficient in various inspection techniques. He is also certified as ASNT ACCP Level II VT and holds the CWI certification, technology applied to visual inspections and welding inspections, respectively.
