Current Role at Faire
Kelly Manikoth serves as the Learning and Development Coordinator at Faire since 2020. In this role, she focuses on enhancing the efficiency of the Customer Experience team by collaborating with cross-functional teams to create continuous learning materials. She is responsible for grading and reporting on assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs. Additionally, she designed and implemented a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires across five international locations, including Kitchener-Waterloo, Atlanta, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, and London.

Kelly gained valuable experience as a McDermott Intern for Interpretation at the Dallas Museum of Art from 2018 to 2019. Over the course of 8 months in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area, she focused on developing interpretive materials and enhancing visitor engagement with the museum's exhibitions.
