Elaine V. Mintz has an extensive history in nonprofit and public service. Before joining Fairfield County's Community Foundation, she was the Director of the Greater Danbury Nonprofit Resource Center from its inception in 2005 until its merger with the Foundation in 2011. She also gained valuable experience as a research consultant with the Justice Planning Division of the Office of Policy & Management and served as a staff member for the Connecticut General Assembly Appropriations Committee. Her diverse background supports her current leadership role.
