About Annelise Schoups
I help all kinds of people tell all kinds of stories. More than searching for good stories, my job is about finding ways to make every story one worth reading. After spending 10 years as a digital marketer and freelance copywriter for tech startups, nonprofit organizations, and household brands like mural, United Way, and Beko, I earned my ghostwriting stripes working with emerging authors across the genres of health, memoir, self-help, spirituality, and entrepreneurship. And although I dabble in a range of writing-related services, I believe the best stories focus on the things that connect us as people. I'm currently serving on the Board of Directors for the San Diego-based literary nonprofit, So Say We All, and pursing an MFA in Creative Writing at the Vermont College of Fine Arts.
