He also spent 12 years at TAL Manufacturing Solutions Limited as Head of Corporate Quality & Information Technology, from 2004 to 2016, focusing on quality and IT management.

Ajit Deshpande holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from COEA, which he completed from 1992 to 1996. He also earned an MBA in Marketing from the University of Pune between 1997 and 1999.
