He also served as a Senior IPR Analyst (Mechanical) at LegisSupport Services for 10 months in 2013-2014 and worked as a Project Support Engineer: Intellectual Property at Tata Motors from 2014 to 2017.

Ashishkumar Gavande holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed between 2006 and 2010. He furthered his education with a Post Graduate Diploma in Patents Laws from the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University Hyderabad from 2011 to 2012. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive) at Savitribai Phule Pune University, which he began in 2019.
