Following this, she served as a Research Engineer at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft from 2009 to 2015. She was a Project Manager for Materials and Processes at Quickstep Holdings Limited from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, she held the position of Senior Lightweight Engineer at NIO from 2018 to 2019.

Dr. Nogueira has a solid educational foundation in engineering and design. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, studying from 2009 to 2014. Prior to this, she obtained an Engineer's Degree in Material Sciences from Polytech Montpellier between 2007 and 2009. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, completed from 2000 to 2005.
