Martinez Contreras has held multiple positions at Faurecia, contributing to various aspects of production and logistics. He worked as a PSE Coordinator for the Iberian Zone from 2001 to 2003 in Vigo, and later served as a TASK FORCE MANAGER for five months in Terni from 2016 to 2017. His experience also includes roles as Production Control and Logistics Director for the European Division from 2013 to 2015 in Augsburg, and as Plant Manager from 2007 to 2013 in Vigo. He began his career at Faurecia Exhaust System as a Program Engineer from 2000 to 2001.
Education and Expertise
Martinez Contreras holds an industrial engineering degree in Mechanics from Universidad de Vigo, where he studied from 1988 to 1995. He furthered his education with an MBA focused on Automotive Business from Universidade de Vigo in 2003-2004. He also completed the Global Leadership program at INSEAD in 2003 and 2006, and participated in Executive Education at IESE Business School - University of Navarra in 2012.
