He has developed a live dashboard in SharePoint to report the team's key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management in North America. Additionally, he verifies Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents for various suppliers and programs to support new product launches.

Kaustubh Patki has modified Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and control plans based on input from the Program Quality Leader. His work focuses on enhancing quality processes and ensuring that quality standards are maintained throughout the production lifecycle.
