In his current role, Vincent Lecocq is responsible for IT budget management and strategic planning for network infrastructure and data management. He oversees IT support for approximately 400 employees at the Beaulieu JIT production site. His responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure across multiple JIT sites, ensuring efficient operations and support.

Project Leadership and Implementation

Vincent Lecocq has led significant projects during his tenure at Faurecia. He managed the relocation project of the Beaulieu site to Allenjoie and Sochaux, which involved establishing two new sites with complete infrastructure, including the setup of four server rooms. Additionally, he implemented a new synchronous application called IJCORE for the Sochaux and Mulhouse sites, focusing on enhancing traceability and Manufacturing Integration Information (MII).
