Wafa Halloumi currently serves as an MDM Application Level 2 Support Specialist at Faurecia, a position she has held since 2020. In this role, she manages issues escalated by Master Data Management (MDM) users through the STRATOS group ticketing system. She collaborates with the internal development team to address bug fixes and enhancements for the MDM application. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Master Data Administrator at Faurecia from 2018 to 2019, where she gained valuable experience in data management.
Education and Expertise
Wafa Halloumi studied at the Faculté des sciences humaines et sociales de Tunis, where she focused on langue anglaise et civilisation. She earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, she obtained a maîtrise en anglais during the same period, further enhancing her language skills and expertise in English.
Training and User Support
Wafa Halloumi has provided extensive training for MDM End Users, delivering face-to-face and online sessions for over 200 individuals from more than 33 countries. Her training covered various departments, including Finance, Purchasing, and Controlling, demonstrating her ability to communicate complex information effectively to a diverse audience.
Project Management and Collaboration
In her current role, Wafa Halloumi acts as a point of contact for data management projects, facilitating communication between the data management team, requestors, and other stakeholders. She prepares and executes test scenarios for the MDM tool, ensuring thorough testing and quality assurance by sharing test reports with the technical team.
