Following this role, he was the Global ERP Manager from 2014 to 2017, overseeing systems such as Oracle EBS, SAP, and Siebel. His tenure at Xerox began in 2000, where he was the Manager of IT Delivery until 2010.

Shane Kelly earned his M.Sc in Engineering Computation from Queen's University Belfast, completing his studies in 1994. He also holds a B.Sc in Mathematics, Statistics & Computing from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown, which he completed in 1993. Additionally, he is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, showcasing his expertise in process improvement methodologies.

In his current role, Shane Kelly is responsible for global site Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery.
