INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: ADVICE & LITIGATION Eugene is Vice-Chair of the Firm's Intellectual Property group, and has litigated numerous cases and disputes in federal and state courts. His experience includes disputes involving trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, domain names, anti-counterfeiting, design patent, trade secrets, and false advertising issues. He has also represented clients in disputes involving non-compete agreements and class action antitrust, unfair competition, and employment cases. On the transactional side, Eugene provide pro-active and strategic advice enabling companies to develop and protect their brands and copyrights. He manages the trademark portfolios of both large and small companies, and works with a network of foreign counsel to ensure that his clients’ rights are protected internationally.
