Calleagh Darby earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Sports Management from Washington State University, where she studied from 2012 to 2014. She also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Exercise Science and Health from the University of Idaho, where she attended from 2008 to 2012.

She worked as a Marketing and Operations Intern at the Seattle Sports Commission in 2013. Additionally, she was involved in the sports community as an NCAA Division I Swimmer at the University of Idaho from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to her roles at LEARFIELD Amplify, Calleagh Darby worked as the Director of Partnerships at Ticket Solutions for five months in 2022. She also served as an Instructor at Pure Barre from 2014 to 2018, where she taught fitness classes in the Hattiesburg, Mississippi area.
